Project Goal
Delivering the towering walkthrough centerpiece for the global launch of the electric Renault 5 E-Tech at the Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) required dozens of oversized, interlocking three-dimensional "5" geometric modules finished in flawless Renault Pop Yellow automotive gloss, supported by a concealed steel space-frame that could be erected inside Palexpo in hours.

How We Made It
We machined the interlocking "5" sculptural modules on our 5-axis CNC and robotic milling cell, reinforced them with hard-coat composite skins around an engineered internal steel lattice truss, and finished every module in our pressurized automotive spray booths to match Renault’s official launch livery.
