Art Production Unit delivers industrial large-format 3D printing for monumental sculptures, luxury brand displays, and architectural installations. We combine high-speed large-volume polymer printing with internal AISI 316L steel skeletons, fiberglass lamination, and museum-grade automotive or electroplated metallic coatings.
Large-format 3D printing eliminates the geometric limitations of traditional mold-making while accelerating production timelines for complex organic and algorithmic sculptures. For large-span works—such as our suspended bird flocks and electroplated mushroom sculptures in Dubai Hills Mall—we engineer modular 3D-printed shells that lock onto a precision laser-cut internal steel spine.
Every 3D-printed surface undergoes multi-stage structural fiberglass reinforcement, epoxy sealing, CNC/hand fairing, and final finishing in our paint and metallization booths—ranging from high-gloss automotive lacquers to 24K gold/chrome electroplating and cold-cast bronze.
