Art Production Unit engineers and fabricates custom large-format sculptures ranging from 2 meters to over 32 meters in height. Using marine-grade AISI 316L stainless steel, silicon bronze, aluminum, and fiberglass composites, we provide full static wind-load calculations, internal armatures, and certified worldwide installation across Dubai, Europe, and the USA.
Monumental sculptures exposed to Gulf desert heat (+50°C), coastal salinity, or dense urban footfall require far more than artistic enlarging. Every project begins in our structural engineering department, where we resolve wind loads, thermal expansion, foundation anchoring, and transport segmentation before cutting the first sheet of metal.
All fabrication phases—from internal laser-cut skeletons and 5-axis milling to seamless TIG welding and Super-Mirror #8 optical polishing—take place under one roof in our European production plant, ensuring direct factory pricing and strict NDA confidentiality for artists, curatorial agencies, and architects.
