Our 5-axis CNC tube bending department forms complex spatial curves in stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper tubes from 6 mm to 32 mm in diameter and up to 4000 mm per single element, maintaining a 0.1 mm tolerance and 99.9% repeatability directly from 3D CAD geometry.
Parametric sculptures, suspended atrium installations, and organic architectural canopies demand fluid tubular lines without kinks, flattening, or surface scarring. Our 5-axis CNC bending center combines draw-bending and variable-radius push-bending in a single automated cycle.
By feeding native 3D spline data directly from Rhino/Grasshopper or SolidWorks into our 5-axis CNC bender, each tube emerges with exact springback compensation and laser-marked assembly coordinates, cutting on-site welding and fitting time by over 60%.
